Job Description: 

The Brand Marketing Director leads the market presence of Metaverse911 and drives marketing strategy, activities informed by the consumer journey, including media planning and campaign development, PR, brand experiences and events, social media, digital, and retailer/distributor presence.

Leading a large and diverse team of talent, this leader partners across the organization with business units, sales, and digital technology to deliver brand-building marketing plans that drive brand awareness and preference that contribute to share growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand vision, strategy, and consistent positioning deployment across all paid, owned, and earned touchpoints
  • Direct digital brand vision, strategy and roadmap including content, website, SEO, CRM, and digital experiences
  • Responsible for annual brand planning including agency briefing, integrated marketing calendar development, cross-agency media planning, campaign concept development and creative production
  • Direct PR, influencer, social media and brand experience strategies and execution
  • Own brand’s retail and distributor presence including partnerships, merchandising, co-marketing, and field support priorities
  • Oversee marketing operations, internal creative team, and external integrated agencies
  • Inspire, grow, and develop a large team of diverse talent

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required, Masters in Business/Marketing preferred
  • 5+ years experience in corporate brand management and brand strategy 
  • Advanced skill set in management and development of a diverse team with varying levels of experience
  • Ability to successfully set vision, define priorities and drive results through leadership of direct team
  • Exhibits strong problem solving and communication skills with a bias for results
  • Advanced capabilities in digital marketing strategy, website management, CRM/email program management, data-based optimization and SEO
  • Proven track records of successful retail floor and merchandising strategy
  • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills with leading external agencies and multiple agency models
  • Familiarity with digital content development, product development and commercial retail relationship management from a marketing seat
